Doja Cat has released a new album called "Scarlet." This comes after her song "Paint the Town Red" reached number 1 on the Billboard charts in just over a year. Today I will give my thoughts and some notes I left. I also rated each track and gave a final album review. There are many albums that I have yet to check out. (The ones in bold are my favorite tracks)

Overall Album Review: 7/10
The album itself was a decent listen and definitely strived away from the fun bubble-pop theme that her previous albums had, at least for the first half of the album. The first part had a more dark trap melodic beat and her aggressive tone. In the second half, there's more of RnB vibe, and even some 90's vibes as well. There's also use of sample of 10cc's "I'm not in Love," which really doesn't fit the theme of the album, but it's fine. I'm not a fan of the first two tracks, but slowly but sure the theme of the whole album gets to you. There also no features on this album, so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all, it's decent album, and I have no doubt that in a couple of weeks, Tik Tok is definitely is gonna have some fun using her songs.
